How long does it take till I get my new pedal?
We are the manufacturer, and every product is built in small batches by our team of five people – two of whom build pedals full-time, while one team member focuses exclusively on amp orders. This level of craftsmanship means we can’t always have everything in stock, but it also ensures the highest quality for every product.
We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. If you need something urgently, feel free to email us before placing your order or consider purchasing from one of our trusted dealers.
What happens after my order?
Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an automated shipping notification.
Global shipping usually takes 5 to 10 days, and we ship daily to ensure prompt delivery. All packages are insured, so you can rest easy knowing your order is protected. Thanks to our reliable shipping partners international orders typically arrive without delays, and customs issues are rare.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us – we usually respond within 24 hours.
My pedal is broken what can I do?
We’re always here to help! Even if something goes wrong – like accidentally using the wrong power supply – we’ve got your back. Repairs are free; we just ask that you cover the shipping costs and customs. If something happened during shipping the whole process is of cause on our bill.
What power supply should I use?
9 Volt center minus on SOME pedals you can run 18V but that is mentioned on the pedal.
What tubes do you use in the Titan?
We use JJs there very reliable and get easily replaced down the road but if you prefer some special tube brand feel free to contact us after your order and we make it work
Do you sometimes change designs or components in your products?
We are constantly improving our products to ensure they meet the highest standards. This might involve changes to the circuit design, components, or even the layout of PCBs (Pedals). These updates are made to enhance reliability, performance, or compatibility and are always done with the customer in mind.
Rest assured, any changes we make are carefully tested to maintain or exceed the quality you expect from us.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our products come with a 5-year warranty. If you encounter any issues, just contact us, and we’ll take care of it. Our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are proudly handmade in Wilhelmshaven/Germany. We source high-quality components and assemble every unit with care and precision to ensure the best possible performance.
